Near-real time position tracking and assured data communications capability: The Qualcomm Satellite Communications Fly-Away Kit (SCFAK) provides near-real time mobile two-way data communications and vehicle position/location tracking. Lightweight and ruggedized, the unit can be quickly vehicle-mounted and operated in any environment. Using existing Ku-band satellites and management software, Network Management Centers are able to collect and report data on the vehicle’s position and track information.
